Quell Reflect is the 2nd release in a series of puzzle games by Fallen

Tree Games. The objective of each level is to swipe an orb in the correct

combination of directions to complete the tasks of that level.

This guide is a complete walkthrough to beating the 88 levels using the

minimum moves, and to obtaining the 84 hidden jewels.

I beat the game when it first came out, and then again after the Jewels

were released. Since then, perfect solutions have been updated to match

the “Better than Us” solutions found by users. So it’s now quite harder

to find all the perfect solutions.

Orbs (aka raindrops) are labeled in order starting from the top-left

corner … going top-to-down, and then left-to-right

For example, the 5 orbs below would be labeled as such:

Pearls – Collect all of these on a level to beat it

Blocks – These act as walls, but can be pushed around. Combining two of

them will make both disappear.

Spike – These instantly pop raindrops upon contact. Brown ones can be

pushed. Red ones are rigid.

Switch – Touching these will change the directions of spikes.

Gates – There are two types of gates: green and gold. Green ones will

only allow one object to pass through it before transforming into a

solid wall. Gold ones act as walls and will disappear when contacted

by a gold raindrop.

Question: How do I acquire the “Better than Us” achievement? [SecBtU]

Answer: There are several levels you can beat under the official “minimum”

number of moves. This gives you the “Better than us” achievement. For some

levels, you can exploit the game mechanics (e.g. orbs get delayed when

moving through portal rings, orb can block or push an already-moving

wooden block) to beat the “perfect” score.
